Club R3M benefits, discounts, and shipping offers are available only to active members. Winery participation, product availability, and promotions may vary. Members must be 21+ to purchase wine. Shipping is subject to state regulations, winery policies, and adult signature requirements.

R3M does not sell wine, collect payment for wine, or handle wine sales; all transactions are processed directly through participating wineries. By joining, you consent to R3M sharing your information with partner wineries for account setup and order fulfillment. R3M is not responsible for wine quality, shipping delays, or issues related to winery fulfillment.

Membership is for a one-year term and renews automatically each year unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Renewal payments are billed to the payment method on file. Membership fees are non-refundable. Invitations and discounts for R3M events may be subject to additional fees, capacity limits, and advance registration. Membership benefits, pricing, and availability are subject to change with notice.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT DISCLOSURE & AGREEMENT

By providing your credit card information and authorizing payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Authorization of Payment: You authorize Club R3M to charge the credit card you provided for the agreed-upon amount. This charge may include applicable taxes, fees, or any other amounts disclosed to you during the purchase process.

Finality of Charges: All charges made to your credit card are final. Once processed, these charges cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances.

No Refunds: Club R3M does not offer refunds for any services or products purchased. By completing this transaction, you acknowledge that you understand and agree that there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Dispute Resolution: If you believe there has been an error in processing your payment or a charge, you may contact us in writing at Club R3M, 200 South Executive Drive, Suite 101, Brookfield, WI 53005. However, this does not guarantee a refund or reversal of any charge.

Agreement to Terms: By submitting your payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement in full, and agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
